Irrespective of how brilliant we may be as Architects, we have probably all faced the challenges of managing our practice effectively and profitably.
The ACA have asked Management for Design to put together a refresher webinar to help smaller practices to review their internal processes as well as individual project management.
This 45-minute webinar could at the very least remind us of the things we need to address but may also introduce us to some of the latest digital tools and methodology to lighten the administrative load and give us more time for design.
