ACA PSA22 SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of the monthly ACA PSA22 subscription service (“Service”) provided by the the Association of Consultant Architects (ACA). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Service
Subscribers will receive a watermarked ACA PSA22 in PDF. The watermark will be comprise the practice name and the calendar year. Updated versions will be issued every year. Each subscription will only be issued in the name of one named individual or organisation and can only be used by the named subscriber. The subscription version of the ACA PSA22 can be used for an unlimited number of appointments as long as the subscription continues.
3. Minimum Contract Period
The minimum contract period for the Service is 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, the subscription may be terminated by either party with one month’s written notice.
4. Payment and Renewal
The Service will be billed via Direct Debit on a monthly basis. Payment for the Service must be made in advance and will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis unless the subscription is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time after the initial 12-month period with one month’s written notice. In the event of termination by the ACA, a pro-rata refund will be given for any unused portion of the subscription. Subscription payments will continue to be due until the termination date.
6. Disclaimer
The Service, ACA E Publications Online website and the entire contents of this website (www.acarchitects.co.uk), are provided without any warranty of any kind. This includes warranties of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, omissions, completeness, timeliness and delays. There may be improvements and/or changes made to the content of the website and the contracts and their components at any time without notice.
The ACA, as publishers, will not be liable for:
Any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting from, arising out of or any way relating to: any errors in or omissions in the service, this website and the content; the unavailability of this website, the content, or any part thereof; your use of this website or its content; your use of any equipment or software in relation to this website or its content.
Any special, direct, indirect, indicental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever in any way due to, resulting from or arising in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service, this website or its content.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the ACA regarding the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Changes to terms and conditions
The ACA reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
10. Price Variation
The monthly price of the subscription may be varied by the ACA at any time.The ACA will provide written notice of any price changes at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. If you do not wish to continue the subscription at the new price, you may terminate the subscription in accordance with the termination clause (clause 5).
